I'm relatively new to the TDA world. I'm finishing up a residential system now, and the client has asked me to address a call log issue.
Here's the problem: the phones (kx-7636) are only showing the answered calles instead of the full list of missed AND answered calls. I've talked to a couple of local people and they have told me that all the extensions need to be on the same extension group and then the full call log list will show globally. All extensions ARE on the same extension group, as they have been since installation of the hardware.
I'm starting to reach my wits end and I need some assistance...PLEASE!!

if the calls are coming in on a ring group, you need to set up a call log button on each phone for the icd group i.e 601
