I AM Using a TVP-100 COnectted to a TD-1232, I wanted to do some changes in the TVP A.A and new recordings.I could'nt connect with my laptop and could'nt go into changing the recordings.Any idea what happened? In the past it worked,it seems like the TVP is locked.

What is happening when you try to connect, whats on the screen
what are you doing to access recordings for AA

Thanks for your quiq reply,I am connecting using Hyperterminal through RS232,the screen is empty and down on the left side it's wreeten "connected".
In order to access recording Iam dialing 165#998+password,after dialing 165 i hear the system announcment but it's not responding to #.
