HI! There, I have a problem with a KXTD 7896 wireless on kxta824, couple of months old, the wireless set which was slightly used every so often goes dead, even though its been charged , the only way to get it active again is take out battery and put it back in again, is this possibly just a bad battery ?? or have you seen this happen before?? Thanks for any Help. Brett

These batteries do fail prematurely, largely due to the fact that they aren't charged properly when the set is put into service. Panasonic's National Parts Center (800-833-9626) might be your best bet to help you cut to the chase.
