When trying to log into a defaulted TDA100, It appears to log in, and then a message window pops up stating" An unsupported operation was attempted", and then the software shuts down. This is using the Unified software. Is this a common glitch with the Unified?

it may be a older version of software, did you uninstall all other versions before installing the unified tool. or make sure the correct system is set in the drop-down box

did you have the older unified tool first, if not you may have to uninstall that one and put on the older one first, then put on the newest one, it will modifiy it and tell you not to uninstall the old one

We have this problem in the UK too. The latest Tool needs a patch to connect to V1 or V2 systems

you need to get the v1 and v2 software and load it on in order of versions, then get the new v4 unified tool and load that, then every upgrade will upgrade the last to work on all systems going backwards v5-v1
