Is there a way to use 2 Way Record and somehow get the recording onto the PC? Maybe with the USB adaptor for the phone or PC Phone? I know I could use Vmail to Email but that would add too many steps for the customer. They need to keep a record for payments and they have to record the conversation and keep it on file. They are currently using a Konexx solution

You would be better off with a call recorder that record all calls on all lines automaticaly.
