Hi i have a TA1232 system and i want to print a report were i can see the calls that are been made by the diferent extention and account codes, some one told me that i need a software to do this, i all ready have the programming software for this system i dont know if this is the one i need for printing reports if that is the case i need to know wich option do i use to print the reports, and if this is not the program that i need then can any one tell me were can i download this software or were can i get it please help thks. bye

You are looking for a call accounting program. This is not included with the Panasonic. The software you have is most likely the programming software for the system. The call accounting software is usually a third party application that will allow you to view and print these customized reports. The SMDR of the Panasonic will send the raw data to the CA software. The CA software will take this data, sort it, and customize it for you.
There are many CA programs to choose from. Do a google search for CA software, or look at some of the top companies like Tapit.
