Is this happening on all of the phones? Also, what model phones are you using on the sytem? Those answers would better help us to answer your question.

Please try connecting a proprietary Panasonic digital phone in place of one of these phones and attempt to make a call. Note what is shown on the display screen when the busy tone is returned and check back with us.

My suspicion is that these stations are restricted from making outgoing calls through system programming. There is also the chance that the station lock feature has been activated on these extensions.

If this ends up being the case, we aren't permitted to discuss this matter further in our public forum. You may be able to get a member here to assist you off-line for a small fee to resolve this matter.

Yeah thats my suggestion. Sounds like your phone line itself requires a 9 to get an outside, and of course your panasonic requires a 9 as well to tell it "hey pickup an outside line".. your getting passed your phone system to get an outside line, but then your phone carrier is giving you an issue because they ALSO want a 9

Guys........Centrex lines in Manila? I seriously doubt that.

Yaypogi, we can't give away manuals. You may want to click on the "manuals" link button at the top of this page to contact suppliers of manuals for sale.

Or contact the vendor who installed your system.
