Hi i have a TVA 50 working with a TA 1232, and i custom the diferent mail boxes, with the diferent ext. and every thing is working fine, but now my client is expanding hes offices to a new level in the same bullding and he is moving some of the personal to the new offices and he wants me to configuere new mail boxes to the new extension and he wants me to change the greating message on the old mailboxes that the personal that is been moved has left, but i dont know how to do that, i know how to create a new mail box for the new ext. and i know how to customis it but i dont know how to erase the personal greeting for each ext. and record a new one, im using the programing software that came with the TVA50 please any boody can help me pleae

You don't necessarily have to delete the old greetings. You will probably find it much easier to record over the existing greetings with your new recordings. To do this, you will need to log into each mailbox individually, go into the MB options, then make the changes.

Rich is right, you can record over the existing gretings. However, if you want to not have a personal greeting on the box, go to the mailbox management section, choose your intended greetings, and listen to the instructions following the greeting playback. Option 3 is to erase the greeting.

Or you could just delete the mailbox and then recreate it.
