I have a TAW848 connected to a TVA50 - we did not install the system and now the customer wants to turn on the auto attendent. More businesses are trimming down and the first thing to go is the receptionist - anyway I can't get the auto attendent to answer the incoming lines. I'm using the PC interface for the phone and VM. Any check list? Thanks
