Another thing to note: Most pri providers will set up the pri as requested by the customer. If you choose to use the single button appearances as co lines representing the channels of the pri, make sure to have the provider set up so that all incoming calls hit channel1 and roll down to 23. I think they call this "descending sequential". This way most of your incoming calls could be answered, press hold, and holler,"Bob call on line 1". Another way to have it set up is rotating so that the last channel used will not be used again until all other channels have had a hit, thus causing a problem with the single co button theory.

Also the Park is Auto like a Nortel. Just need 1 Pk btn, display shows park number.

Brokeda, I make it a habit to define the park buttons as specific zones, so it will show up on multiple phones. I give 2 or 3 of them so multiple calls can be parked, show up, and lessen confusion.
