how do i program so it answers the ringing line with just a press of the green button and not going thru menus to get to the list of lines and then select.... thanks!

If that extension is physically ringing then you should be able to press the green button to answer the phone. Just program it to ring on incoming calls in the system.

it is the only one i have, so yes it rings. but i often have to hit the select toggle to find the list of lines and then select which line.

So does it sometimes allow you to answer the ringing call and sometimes not? I know in the TDA's there's a setting per extension called Incoming Preffered Line. By default it's set to ringing line, but you can set it to None or to a specific F-CO button.
