Hi, I have a KX-TDA100 & KX-TVM50. I am asked to move the phone from one location to another & make a few other changes at the same time. I am wondering in what way is this phone system programming accessed (serial, network, etc) & if anyone knows where I can get the software to do so. Or alternatively, can everything be done from the phone (even advanced settings?)
Thanks, Chris

Hi Chris The TDA and TVM are accessed by USB lead and the programming tool is only availiable to dealers only, what country are you in? There are some things that can be accessed from the phone, there is a PT phone programming guide, however the phone has to be enabled through the programming tool for this to be done. Normally the the operator phone is enabled for this though. What thing do you need to change? Danny

Use Walking Extension, It's like Hot Desking. Easy to move any ext to any port or share a phone.

Okay, thanks guys.
I'm sorry, I mis-spoke. They are wanting me to move the phone switch to another building location. I will need to have the PRIs programmed, etc. Sounds like I will have to call in the local techs.
Thanks again!
