Problem with system installed for 10 years 5.2 software with 2 pri 2 t1 the problem is a call comes in and the console can not release it without turning the system off. This only happens once in a while.

I didn't do much with the 576.
Does it always happen on the same circuit? Try moving the cards and see if there's any difference.

It comes and goes not on the same line we have not tried moving cards as of yet. When this happens the line is answered but she can not park or transfer the line it has restricted in the display sometimes you can unplug the phone but most of the time you must reset the system.
