I have 4 CO lines and 10 extensions. I have managed to get all the extensions mailboxes setup and to work as needed. The problem I have is that we need the incoming calls after hours (between 5pm-8am) to be sent to a general mailbox as well. I can not seem to figure out how to set this up.
I set DIL to forward at night to ext 107 (VM Port)but then I'm not sure what to do from there or if that is even right.
I want to be able to access the general mailbox from extension 101 which is the operators location. However the operator also has her own mailbox (#101) setup as well.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated for I am new to the voicemail setup. I have only dealt with the 824's at our other divisions before.

Greetings, IF you already have set up Extension (#101 Operator) alone with a personal mailbox, you should consider useing another extension for a general delivery mailbox. That way no one gets confussed in regards to who's mailbox is who's. ANd anybody can manage the General Delivery Mailbox.
