Hello Everyone: Two questions 1) API link failed - I have a client with a message to this effect out of town - looking for direction before driving - the Courier uses mod cords connected to station ports, but no other system cords are connected. API failure errors can be caused by what?
2) I have installed lines 7 & 8. They ring the correct phone, I can dial 88 07 or 88 08 to call out on the specific trunk just fine. I have not figured out why I am not able to program a specific trunk key. FF4 0 10601 etc - I am at the correct programming location, but it won't take the new trunk - I attempt to duplicate the situation in shop, with a 576 HD and it won't let me install a trunk key past the third trunk. Is there some default programming on the first three trunks that must be added for subsequent trunks?
