Hi all,
I have a KXT308 that was only installed 3 weeks ago but is not sending DTMF tones. Is this not on by default? How do I activate it?

if is the older 308 with the full front cover opens and you have a program switch on the middle right side, inside cover. switch the switch to program, go to first phone , no.21 or 11 and enter 03, press * for all lines then use auto answer to change to tone, then press autodial store button. go back to cabinet and switch back switch to normal
if it is the newer unit go in to programing and code 401 for dial mode, depends on model of phone you have to enter prog on that unit
