Hello!
I have a little trouble with my installation.
I cannot restrict international calls on my pabx. Yet, mobile calls have been restricted by entering mobile first number in CRA (refused codes level 2).
When I set "00" in this table and affect class of service "2" to an extension, mobile calls are restricted but not the international ones.
can anyone help me ?

ok not being from your contry i am not sure of the numbering there so i will give my own example as explaination
the best way to understand baring calls is this lets say you want to bar all calls on your PBX except 087xxxxxx
in the baring table you would type

this blocks all calls ie anything that is typed on the handset is blocked .
to free up 087 numbers in the toll exceptions table you would type
08
or 05 to free 05 numbers any other number wont be let through.
so the exception table alows 08 or 05 to be dialed.
in your example above 00 was already blocked by typing 0
for you to dial lets say 01 or 02.
in the excptions table you would type 01 or 02
if you want to block 0044 but not 00353 in the block table type 00 in the exception table type 003 then all 00 execpt 003 will be blocked

hope this clears things up a little for you but if not give us a list of what you have input in both the block and execption tables found under toll restrictions and we will have a look.
and also what codes you want to block.

you should make sure that users you want to be affected by toll restrictions MUST be in a class or service lower or equal to the tsr table ie if you set a TSR on table 3 users in class of service 2 will not be effected.
