How can I tell which "dash" version a KX-TD816 is running? Isn't there a sticker on the CMOS chip?

Try the sticker on the bottom next to the designator sticker.

If it has been upgraded with a later software, hopefully the 'upgrader' made note on the sticker!

Codasco, even if it has been upgraded, field 116 in the system programming will tell what version it is. Not specifically, but you will get a string of letters & numbers which one of us will decipher for you. --------------------- MrG
