Use to sell and install lots of Panasonic, butr no more. Just picked up a new account that recently install the 824 with the TVA50. Problem is that I can't get it to work. Tried APT integreation but still not working. Additionally, I can not find how to program a button for accessing ones voicemail from their own phone even. Still not seeing the voicemail. I must be doing something wrong, but what is anyone's guess. I am so use to NEC DSX Intramaill which is a piece of cake to install and program. Have programmed Extension 107 and 108 for voicemail. Will pay for someone's guidance on this. Customer is desperate and so am I.

Working with Al.
Problems all appear to be wiring and bad line cords.
