I have a 616 with 2 connected door phones, and when someone presses the call button the programmed phones ring like they are supposed to. However, they never stop ringing! By default they are supposed to ring for 30 seconds and stop if no one answers, but these ring forever.
Is this a programmable feature? Which part of the system controls this - KSU, door phone module? I think I have a bad part, but don't know which one to replace.

easy remove the door intercom and short the wires togetheruntil the system rings then open again . the system will for the programmed time if so its the intercom. if not then its the interface card/module.there is no programming to set for constant ringing so if it is happening on both door intercoms i would think it is the interface peter ( www.vpi.ie )
