Hi; new client with TDA 100 with VM. Wants buttons programmed on phones that allows them to pickup ringing receptionist phone with one touch.
*41 110 is what I think I need to program but it doesnt like the * . Though her ext is shown and one touchable on all the phones by intercom, it does not flash when someone hits 0 for the receptionist.

Also would like to program a one touch speed dial for the receptionist *720xxx but same issue.

one touch buttons are program button 2 *41110 store

the reason the button is on solid and not flashing is because in system options(4) call pickup by dss is disabled

also make sure when programming a buttom for an extension you dial 1 before the extension number
ie: for extension 108

handset down
press program
press the button you want to be ext108
dial 1 (display says Ext:
dial 108
press autodial store
end or press the next button and and dial 1 for ext 109

remember never program over a used line button
