Hi folks,

Having a little trouble setting up more then one email recipient in the TVA50 emailing vm feature;

The manual states I can add up to three email addresses per extension using a comma between the addresses.
This does not work for me.
I have tried these variables:
[email protected],[email protected]
[email protected], [email protected]
[email protected] ,[email protected]
[email protected] , [email protected]
no email is sent to either address

Only when one email account is setup, does the TVA function properly.

Any pointers?

I have done this with two email addresses using your first example (no space). You could try putting a < and > between addresses that may work.
A work around would be to forward to another new mailbox and email to the second from there. You maybe wouldn't want to save the messages in that box and that one should be a lower priority of importance.

comma is all you need. What version?
Maybe you should upgrade. Was system initialized upon install? Are the e mail address good?

firmware v2.0, is there a newer one?

I initialised three times I recall when setup last year. I've only just added the NIC card.
