Hi I had this problem on another system and don't remember the fix. TAW848 with TVA50. PS in a PS ring group. PS receives, displays caller id just fine, but answered calls do not show up in the extension log. However, they are properly stored in the ICD group log. I know there's a subtle setting for this which I did on another system but can't remember! Thanks. If the PS is added as an extension (not part of the PS Ring Group), it logs answered calls locally just fine, just not as part of the PS Ring Group. Thanks.

found it: on the TVA50 have to set transfer sequence to "FXD" instead of the default "FX". you guys helped me with this 3 years ago brokeda & co. thanks again
