I have a two cabinet KX-TD1232 Digital Super hybrid. The second cabinet has failed, the customer does not want to put any money into it. Am currently re-distributing phones. A problem is that some extensions I wish to use show "Restricted" when trying to dial out. Program 605 is the same as all other phones, also the COS is the same. They use account codes. So what am I missing ?

I would start by verifying that the Ext. matches the port to see if by chance flexible numbering is used. Then recheck the COS for that port, make sure it's 1 Also, if your no longer using the 2nd cabinet, pull the SIC card and cable from the master, it will reset when you turn it back on. -------------------------- MrG

It will also show this if the station lock feature has been activated.
