Have a customer with a panasonic dbs system with and in-skin voice mail. customer reported that last night they had many power outs and this morning no calls could be transferred. I had them reboot the system and now all seems to work but voice mail system. We have it planned to replace this system with new NCP in about 2 weeks but does anyone have any ideas what I can do for now to help them. I know nothing about DBS and would like to get them to limp along until we are ready to install new unit. They are a long way from us.

If it's an in-skin VM it has to be a 576 or 576HD DBS. What happens when they dial the VM? Have you been onsite to test or check out the cards on the system?
