I've done some searches on here, but not found an answer yet.
We have a new employee, but the system displays the previous user's name on the recipients phone when he calls people in the office.
This may be a very simple fix, but I am coming up empty on finding it. Been filtering through the phone manual, but not finding anything for caller ID.

Sweet. Changed 4 names real quick. Any idea why on one of the phones, the VM light is stuck on? The other three are normal.

When you say the VM light, I'm guessing you acutally mean the message light? The message light can be turned on by an extension dialing that stations intercom number and then pressing the message button on the phone that initiated the intercom call. You can find out what extension turned the message light on by simply pressing the message button on the phone. If you press intercom and message, it will call that phone, and when that person answers, the light will go out.

Ok, *700 and ext cleared the light. But then when I left a test message, the light came back on and was solid, not blinking. Light remained on even after listening to test message.

The message light will not flash, it is always on solid, the light will come on if you leave a message, and will stay on if you don't listened to all messages, or if coming from an other source. with handset down press the message button and it will show what sent it, keep pressing it to scroll through them
