Check the 66 block that feeds the stations to make sure it is a split pair block and not a common pair block. You could be tying two digital sets together if it is.

Also make sure the system is grounded to earth ground and that there are no possible line voltage leaks into the station cabling.

i would think OBT is correct on this one (cable chewed through the shelding and could be picking up stray Electricty voltage. if you can run a temp cable to the locations then move 1 of its original cable, these will normaly act up in blocks of 4 so if faulty ext is 107 then work on 105-108

Still waiting to hear back from customer. No news is good news in this case. If it's a rat then he must have chewed the cables near the system since the problem phones are all over the house.
