Interesting that you mention this brokeda, on all 50's that I have done, it's only taken a couple of minutes. Most of the 200's take a little longer, but nowhere in the 30 minute range....

I've used the Trace utility to monitor email notification. You can save this as a log. You will be able to see the voicemail attempt to send the email. Go to Utility-System Trace-Real Time Trace and flag the appropriate settings you want to monitor.
