Interesting that you mention this brokeda, on all 50's that I have done, it's only taken a couple of minutes. Most of the 200's take a little longer, but nowhere in the 30 minute range....

Ment to say just 200's.
Only one I have done about 1 week ago took 25 min, had me worried.

this, Utility command allows you to add Date info in E Mail header.
B are you referring to utility screen from windows terminal?

Maint Console. 1.9.11 Maint Console Help, covers operation and use.

Select Utility from Menu bar then Commands:

Opens a DOS like box.

I've used the Trace utility to monitor email notification. You can save this as a log. You will be able to see the voicemail attempt to send the email. Go to Utility-System Trace-Real Time Trace and flag the appropriate settings you want to monitor.

They don't tell you this little tidbit in the instructions.
Yea it does tell you in the readme file. Its a mkatter of waiting for the alarm light to go out or turn on, I forgit the sequence. It says it will take a long time if you don't wait for it before doing the restart. Answer is, once uploaded, WAIT for like 5 minutes, then continue or just read the instruction for the upgrade.
