Good advice guys. OBT, I've programmed the ATT/LUCENT/AVAYA systems and I guess I thought the SL sets might function the same way on the Panasonic as on the ATT. kxtvet, I am going to try and test the next chance I get.

yes i think the whole issue really came into play was the call hit the tva first and now the caller keys in 113 so what happens the real 113 starts ringing on the real 113 on the line that it came in on instead of what it should do....

Shawn I think that's only if you want the call to go to vm I will set it up over the weekend and see what the pit falls are

Just an update, Panasonic left me a VM yesterday and stated clearly that PDN/SDN will work across Digital/IP hardware, but didn't elaborate on the Line Key issue.
