I have a customer that has a TDA 30 and a TVM 50. The caller ID is working great, in night service all the phones ring, 3 rings then call goes to VM. Is there any way for the customer to see the incoming call in night service other than to put the first call on hold? Her phone is programmed to ring in night service. There is ring groups set up for day, lunch and night. Thanks for your help

if your using icd groups at night you can place a icd group button on her handset this will flash every time a call is recieved . however if your looking for the caller id to show on recieving a second call without going on hold then no: cant be done

Yes, kxtvet is correct, with call waiting external on you will get the caller id flash up on the screen.
