The base cabinet has 11 RJ-11 jacks labeled CO1-CO3, and JACK01-08 and 2 other jacks for 1/8" plugs labeled EXT MUSIC and PAGING. What was the question :-)

I take it the External music is the MOH. Is that on the side of the cabinet and is it a rca plug?

It takes a 1/8" mini-plug, it is on the top of the cabinet, next to the station modular jacks.

Ext music and page jacks are under the lid on the top of the cabinet with the C O and EXT jacks. Two-conductor female jacks, that require 3.5mm 2-conductor male plugs. Note that 1/8th-2.5mm don't work worth a tinker's darn! One little speck of vibration and the plug breaks contact. You'll go out there a hundred times if you use a 2.5mm-1/8 plug rather than the slightly larger, WORKS RELIABLY, 3.5mm. (Do NOT ask how I know this, I'd rather not discuss it frown ) DO NOT LET YOUR REMOTE HANDS AND EYES GO DOWN THAT PATH! (Check your mail) John C.

Thanks guys the problem is they sent the 1/8th plug. I'll have my tech clean thing well and make sure it's connected well and show the customer. thank god the switch is out of the way of traffic.
