When we try to dial number from Caller ID log on the display, number does not have a 1 in front of area code so we cant complete call. How would we insert 1 in front of number in log?

It is a Kxtd-1232-4, I believe it had been upgraded from -3. Program 127 is set up correctly, Default mode, yet,we can't get the 1 in the display before the 10 digit number on the Caller ID log.So customer can't press Call, and dial number that is on display. Phone Co.Recording will come on stating that a 1 must be dialed first.

I believe you must input the local area codes that are not long distance. Then any other Area Code will be treated as LD. If you receive 10 digits for Local and LD you would add 1 to LD area codes.
In default mode it would only show 10 digits for any number.
If you get 1 in front of all calls, then you would strip 1 from Local and Leave LD alone.
Of course some areas have area codes that are both LD and Local, can't do much about that.

Where would we input local area codes? Also, I think in default mode, it is Delete, Add 1 in Prog.127, already.

Panasonic Tech support suggested that the program 127 is corrupted. Maybe I have to default the system and start over?

Trunks are from a T1 from Telepacific. They drop the T1 off onto punch blocks. We then run wiring w/ modular plugs into the C.O. ports of the Panasonic.

In the DOS tool it,s System, Caller ID Modification.
enter up to 10 Local area codes so the system knows what is a local AC. If you have 10 digit dialing and you receive 10 digits it would be remove none and add none for local.
For LD it would be remove none add a 1.
The only way it could work in default would be if the Carrier sent the correct ID for Local and LD.
including a 1 when needed.
TDA and Nec DSX same thing

In Caller ID Modification, I added a 310 area code. For local I input Delete 0,Add 1. It worked, it put a 1 in front of the 310 area code. The problem is I only have 10 locations that I can do this with. I might have to call Telepacific and see if they can send me the 1 on all calls. They send me 10 digits on all calls. For LD I kept it at default, which I believe is Delete 0, Add 1 also.
