just upgraded my customer from T1 to PRI. also changed from broadview to Paetec. I have a TDA100 with TVS125. Doctors office which is why I am working tonight. Calls come in and out no problem. when outside caller calls in they get the AA it gives them the option to dial "0" which goes to an outside answering service. it worked on the T1 but not with the new PRI. I tried going to the TVS and adjusting the external transfer sequence from FXA to FXD. I now get a disconnect which means I am at the right prompt. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Deleted @ OP's request (lightninghorse) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- any ideas? remember this has been working fine for years with the T1. Look at trace PRI at readdressing of an entering call after AA and 0 at exterior subscribers. Probably in SETUP to the operator as CallerID number ringing to you leaves, and the operator sends Disconect because this number CallerID doesn't belong to an index of yours PRI numbers.

Also try putting a # at the end of the dialing string to let it know your done dialing.

I talked to Panasonic Tech support and was told to add a subscriber # to CO setting in the Port type CO tab. This didn't seem to make a difference. Paetec checked their programming and found some problems with the way the PRI calls were forwarding. This corrected the forwarding problem except now when the call forwarded and was answered at the far end, the panasonic asked me if I wanted to accept the call. I went into the voicemail and changed 6-4-1 from FNA to FND and this stopped the problem. Thanks for the input. Tj
