Hello,
I'm wondering if it's possible to overwrite the internal hold music that's already on the system?
If so, what would be the programming code to record this music?
Also, I've recorded the welcome message (PGM > 9 > 1 > 1) but when the system picks up the call, there's quite a long pause and silence before it plays the message. I'm struggling to find the timer that refers to this pause so if anyone knows what this could be that would be a huge help too.

no music is not record able .
do not know of any timers for disa ogm.

Probably you can get someone to custom burn the firmware for you is the only way I could guess it would work.
The DISA recording requres a pause before you record, you just have to play with it to make it work. I press 911, and count about 3 seconds or .3 seconds before I speak. IF you start too soon, it cuts off the beginning. You must be waiting too long to start.
I have my DISA set to WIth AA and 1 second delay, and 3 and 5 seconds set in the first 2 timers on the next page. I don't know if they are the default ones or not.

I'll have a play around with the recording timings
Bit disappointing about the hold music but as pointed out there are other options so we'll figure something else out
