Went on a service call at a pizza place that used to have a Merlin Plus Now they have a Panasonic TDA 50 . After they cleared up some power problems ,no phones. All phones are dead . Ksu has light on run ,no alarms. I plugged phone into KSU but nothing.

Are you using a cable with 4 cores to plug in to system and what phone are you using

Did they happen to say something like' "We lost 1 leg of our 3-phase", or, "We had a nuetral/ground problem"? NOT good things to here!

I dont Have any software for it . I plugged in a KXT7630 to the back of the KSU, no dialtone, no screen, no nothing.

Whoops, time to call a dealer. He may have a spare power supply/system and will have the software to read the box. Without an ALARM light, which you will have because the power failed, I'm guessing it's not loading.
You could take a chance and press the reset button underneath the SD card, since it clearly is already broken, but after that, get to the dealer.
