I have a customer with a TDA100 and Panalog. Overall it works OK but the TDA is giving me fits. Anytime a call is transfered to another extension, the TDA spits out a record of the call. This would be OK but it messes up the total call counts. Customer wants to track incomming and outgoing calls per extension.
Example, Panalog shows 20 calls answered via 601 but extension 104 will show they answered 24 calls. I looked at the SMDR data and do not see anything from the TDA that tells you that the call was transfered. Am I missing something? Is there another software package that can pick out the call transfer data (that I can not see)?
Thanks in advance for all your help.
Stephie

Maybe I missed it. When I put my laptop on it I did not see anything to show it was transfered. If I did miss it, what do you recomend for software KXTvet. And thanks again for the help.

Just wanted to check again. I need to find out if there are any call accounting systems that will work with the TDA that will not count a call each time it is transfered? Customer only wants to know the calls that were made and answered by extension and does not care that ext. 101 answered the call and transfered it to ext. 102.
Thanks again.

Thank you kind sir. I will give that a try and it looks like it has an area for transfered calls.
Thanks again and have a Happy Thanksgiving.
