have a customer who received a call from the phone company saying they showed pass & line code problems
the pri circuit has been in there for about 3 years and the td100 for about half of that time the only thing that has been done since having the system installed was replacing the power supply last week this is the first time this has been mentioned

have you ran a trace does it give any clues?

was going there tommorow was just trying to decide what to look for first , the customer has'nt noticed any problems , just the phone company , i've done quite a few t1 jobs , this is a first for me on this kind of problem

went to the site , checked all the error logs , lites ect found nothing, had the phone company check again ,no problems , of course it is always the equipment causing problems , they are never wrong are they ?

You can get quite a few errors and no one will notice, except Fax Machines. They will wig out on small amount of Time Slips.
