In the TVA50, I established 2 greetings....custom service 1 for day greeting and custom service 2 for night greeting.
I programmed custom service 1 to answer in day, lunch, and break mode. I programmed custom service 2 to answer in night mode.
Then I made a test call into the system while in day mode and the custom service 2 greeting (night) answered. I put the system in night mode (thinking that perhaps the day greeting would pick up) and again the custom service 2 (night) answered.
I then set day, lunch, break, and night to custom service 1 and when I tested it, custom service 1 (day) answered ... yeah!
Once I knew that calls would route to custom service 1, I put custom service 2 back for nights and made another test call (while in day mode) and custom service 2 (night) answered. I then made a new custom service 5 and used that for night. When I made a test csll, custom service 5 answered.
Can anyone give input as to what may be going on here?
All ideas and suggestions are welcome! Thanks....

Your service mode in the TVA is either set to "manual night" or "automatic". I think you want "pbx control"
