Hi I need some help... I have a KX-TA824 with TVA50 voicemail. My issues are when the call from one phone is transferred to another phone, it keeps ringing without going into the voicemail. After ringing several times, the call stays on the original phone who transferred the call.
Also when the call reached the individual’s phone directly, it does not go into the voice mail options directly. A message is announced that “No one is available to answer the call, please press one to leave a message. I want to get rid of the greeting.
Please let me know how can I fix this.

forward busy/no answer all calls to vm ext107 set tva to do a blind transfer!

Thank you! I will give this a try and I assume this should resolved both of my issues....btw pardone my I'm not familiar with this system yet..how do you set the tva to do blind transfer?

I am in the TVA maint software in system parameters. I have 4 tabs Mail group, Extension group, system caller name announcement and parameters which I beleived you are referring too. which of the options in system parameters I can set the blind transfer? is it under dialing parameters?
Can you please let me know.

I think I found it. correct me if i am wrong is under PBX environment option> Extension Transfer Sequence default is set to FX and I should just change that to FXD to do a blind transfer. I am not in the office yet but I will give it a try tomorrow morning and hoping that will be it.
