Hello All, Thanks in advance if you can point me in the right direction on a couple of queries:

- I have a number of SLT's connected to jacks. When ringing internal they take up to 5sec to stop ringing after hang up. Is there a setting for disconnect time?

- I have the same issue with external calls where SLT's and PT's continue to ring post hangup. PT's take about 3sec. I'm in the UK can anyone provide the standard settings for CO line?

- I also have BV card. From what I've read it's a pain to setup. I can't quite get my head around the setup process. I have 1 CO set to DIL and need it to then goto BV after 15sec. Any pointers?

I know it's alot but if I can lock this away I'm pretty close to done for the client.

you won't get it to ring no answer to BV ?

are you trying to dump callers into mailbox after
15 seconds or is it the auto attendant to pick up after 15 seconds ?
