Hi, I need some help. We bought an D-816 and I already did all the programming, I have the manuals and codes. But.. Im not an engeneer, so I did a reset to the system to clear de password, and now the central is working with pulse instead of tones. I looked in all the manual and the internet and I cant find the solution.
Can you help me please?

Are you talking about the KX-TD816? If so it's 402 on the american system, not sure what you have.
