My client has a TDA100 / TVA50 off of a T1 and has been having a couple of odd issues.
1. Occasionally, when a caller makes a choice from a custom service, it will either ignore the choice or repeat the prompt. Panasonic said to increase the volume on the card and talk to my provider. I did both and it improved, but it is not 100%.
2. When an extension is set to forward all line calls, there is a very loud squealing when the call is forwarded. It isn't a fax or modem.
Any help with these two issues would be much appreciated!

Update- The squealing was somehow caused by one of the ports on the CO card being out of service.
I'm still having sporadic issues with callers not being able to navigate the voice mail prompts. Any ideas?

Panasonic, like most other AA/VMs sometimes have problems with tones sent from speakerphones (background noise), and cell phones (poor audio, what a surprise!).

Voicemail have latest SW and all patches?
There are numerous audio tweaking options on the cards in this system. Check Loop Current.

The TDA50 is at 2.61. I don't remember ever seeing patches for it.
The incoming line level on the LCOT8 is +9db
The loop current is 33ma.
Also, these COs are dynamic VOIP lines through Paetec.
