Is there anyway to setup or to view all incoming calls (answered or unanswered) on KX-TA824? i just want to make sure that I can view specially the missed calls. Can you please let me know how to check if I have this feature and how to turn it on?

Sorry I am still new with this system and learning. I appriciate your help.

How are you doing your ringing is the voicemail answering calls straight away? If so you won't get caller id common to work.

Yes calls is answered by VPS AA. We'll that's not good....so what are you saying here I need to get the AA turn off or I have to have like a DID number in order for the caller id common to work?

I didn't say that I am just telling you that the
the 824 is the worst system out there for the guy that wants it all ! you could have the voicemail pick up after 15 secs and you will see calls captured in the common area but then unless you train people to not pick up the phone when it first rings then its useless

got a rat computer around with a 10/100 card and an active com port in it?load this program and big brother all activity
in and out and access it via your web browser

I use phonelogger, and note that it`s reporting only goes up to 2010. I emailed the dev a few days ago to see if he could alter it, but am yet to hear anything.
