When callers transfer to a ext out of the auto-attendant the caller hears "no one is available to take your call press 1 to leave a message, 0 for the operator or * to reach another ext". Can someone tell me where to make the change so this goes away and the call rolls straight into the mailbox instead? I've done this before just not sure if it was a transfer string change or something else. Thanks guys

Put a busy no answer fwd to voicemail on the extensions, that will put the call in to the vm straight away. You could also put a fxd string on transfer to extension settings and this Wil get rid of "you have a call" announcement on transfer
“I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work.”
