I've been asked to look at a older VB42020 616 system. Their intercom functionality stopped working. They have mostly VB34230 phones. I am thinking their CPU is dying from old age. I have no access to any backup for this unit if there is one. DOes it have a PC interface? The password may need to be defaulted but is it possible to retain settings?

There is DBS manager for "DBS" Dealers
Don't count on getting in to programing if its not a stock password .

I assumed that would be the case. Can you PM me the default password/number? I can probably rough it with the terminal interface. Reading through the programming guide it looks doable.
