I have a customer using a 1232. One of the phone is set to ring on one specific extension. The problem is that the phone is not ringing. I had the customer switch out the phone and the line rang fine for a day and then quit. She switched out the phone again with the same result. The phone rang fine for a day and then quit.

What type of phone is it, digital or slt. Have you tried to move the port it is on. If you ring in and lift the handset does it answer the call even if not ringing
