Is there any other vendors or interconnects out there running strictly on Verizon Sip trunks with Internet service ?Pros ? Cons? Are you able to send and receive faxes on an slt ext ok ? Over all call quality ?

Over here the sip providers don't send faxs on sip trunk, they have e-mail to fax and fax to e-mail as part of their service.
I advise my customer to keep 1 line as fax, plus most providers here you need a analogue line to get dsl on.

This service you have two ds-1's one for voice the other is internet that is how they do qos.I was thinking I would have to keep the btn with call fwd on it in case the T goes down and the fax number as pstn too.Was hoping some one would chime in for call quality.
