Hi I need some help with my KX-TA824 integrated with KV-TA50. The system is setup with 2 CO lines and I have the incoming calls route to an Auto Attendant. My issue is when a call comes in the main line the Auto Attendant answered the call and caller can dial the extension they entered and with no issue but while the user is on the first line and when another call comes in THE call is not going to auto attendant but instead it goes to the user voicemail box that’s on the first line…..I checked everything and I cannot figure out what is going on…….does anyone have an idea how to fix this? Please help
