Hmmm, seems that the RLT feature when using PRI is not supported by the Panasonic TDE system in N.America? Anyone know any different? Specifically using a flash to redirect a call on a channel, dialing another number and releasing the channel freeing it up. I've heard it works in Asia and most of Europe but...not here.

I believe that is a provider issue. I know of none in my area that support that.

Pretty much all of the telcos up here in the great white support it but I've heard from a tech who reports that Panasonic Canada had him try various fixes and changes for two days only to find out from Panasonic Japan that it doesn't work on N.American systems. Just seems kinda goofy to me as it is so common a request up here.

since its not an issue or a feature thats available here in the lower 48 it's up to Panasonic Canada to request an engineering change to sort it out!

Ya, that's what I was worried about. The 127 people that live in Canada don't always hold alot of sway with companies if you get my drift! Any idea why it isn't offered down there?
