Hello,
Im sure these are real easy fixes, unfortunatly I dont get to really explore our companies phone systems much, unless asked to.
However I have a location that has a TVA50 where it picks up the incoming calls on the 2nd ring. I wanted to change this to be an immediate answer (Or I think in the programming its one second). ITs setup with a custom serivce menu if that makes any differance.
The other small issue is when you dial an extension say 105, that phone will only ring once and then go right into voicemail. Where can I change the number of rings so its not so fast?
Thank you in advanced!

For caller ID it needs to answer after the first ring. The other is a timer issue. That depends if you are dialing through the AA or phone to phone. Phone to phone would be Call Forward timer (phone system). Via AA it could be the Call Forward timer above or the No answer timer in the TVA.

Thx brokeda. It was a timer issue with the call forward timer on the phone system. We got the system used, and I dont think anyone ever set everything back to factory defaults so its been kind of tinkering here and there.
